| 1.1 To Slice The Skin / Meat : decorating the large size fruits and vegetable such as papaya. carrot ,radish , etc just turn the black plastic part counter clockwise to set the blade in the right angle as shown in figure 1.1 |

2. To Carve : Wind the black part counter clockwise until the sharp end poind out according to figure 2 Use this part to stab to the center of fruit or vegetable such as sapodilla tomato cucumber etc. When you stab it you will see it as V shape. Keep doing it round the fruit you will get a beautiful fruit decorate yours dining table.

3. To Peel : The protrusion on the front of the handle is use for peeling orange, rambutan, litchi ect. press it on the pole. Then slit to the bottom. It will help you peel easily.

| 4. To Core : The hollow handle end can be used for coring cucumber, apple, jujube etc. Insert the handle into the center until the end turn slightly and pull out. |
