Blade: The core material is VG10 which is clad in high quality stianless steel. The Katana sword wave line is clearly observed on the blade. An angel of 15% gives and extremely sharp blade which offers a long lasting cutting performance.
The handle is made of high quality 18-10 stainless steel with unique Zebra stripes for a firm grip and is etched with the Yaxell logo.
