The Nirey KE-198 is a precision machine designed to last for years.  They are relatively inexpensive knives can be brought to razor sharpness in seconds!

Two spring loaded grinding wheels (coarse & fine) apply controlled pressure to the knife blade. The grooves in each section hold the knife at a 15degrees giving you a perfect cutting edge, which is impossible when using a steel.  The blade is shaprened in the coarse section and polished to a razor finished in the fine. 

Sharpen all knives, cleavers, even serrated knives can be sharpened perfectly.

All The KE-198 is simple to use for everyone and is quick and effective.  It is designed for homes chefs, recreational hunters and fishermen.
